A “Member” is anyone that has registered with BUY ME A MOMO to use our Service.
A “User” might be either a Visitor or a Member.
A “BMM” refers to BUY ME A MOMO
Our “Service” represents the collective functionality and features offered through our Website to our registered users.
All “Content” materials consist of text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Website.

The contractual relationship entered into for any transaction in relation to Creator Content, Donations or Memberships shall be directly between the Creator and the Supporter or buyer. The Creator is responsible for supplying the relevant buyer with its own appropriate terms and conditions relating to any such sales of the Creator Content.
Any content you upload to our website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
We have the right to check and remove any content or posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, this is reasonably necessary to protect our business.
A supporter is someone who provides payments or funds to a Creator page. Buy me a Momo does not ensure that any creator’s page, post, or contents of any kind is true, exact, or honest.
It is continuously the duty of the Supporter to decide if they wish to support a creator and they should only do so after looking for the financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice where appropriate.
Our mission is to empower each individual to achieve their goal on whatever they are working on. You are prohibited from using the Buy me a Momo platform or service with any of the following.
Buy Me a Momo is not and should not be held liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the Services.
We don’t become involved in disputes between members or supporters and any third party relating to the use of the Services. When you use the Services, you release Buy Me a Momo from claims, damages, and demands of every kind — known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed — arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You’re solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.
It is free to create an account in Buy me a Momo. If you create a page that is successfully supported, we and our payment partners collect fees. Our partners’ fees may vary depending on the policies adopted by them. Each payment partner is its own company, and Buy Me a Momo isn’t responsible for its policies. You’re responsible for paying any additional fees or taxes associated with your use of Buy Me a Momo.
It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the funds you receive through your use of the services. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate, collect, report or transmit the right charge, in case any, to the appropriate tax authority.

Buy Me a Momo partners with other companies such as Esewa and Khalti for payment processing. When you support or create a page, you’re also agreeing to our payment partners’ terms of service.
Our website is also legally protected by international copyright law. Copying, redistributing, using, or publishing any part of our website or gift matching database is strictly prohibited.
Using our website does not give you ownership of our website. You agree to respect all copyright and other legal information, and restrictions contained in any Buy Me a Momo Content, Services, or Marks accessed through the Site or the Services.
Any royalties or licensing on your Content are your responsibility. You will pay all royalties and other amounts owed to any person or entity based on your Content.

You may stop using our Service, by contacting Buy Me a Momo at buymeamomo@gmail.com, and requesting account deletion. You will indemnify us from all losses and liabilities, including legal fees, that arise from these terms or relate to your use of Buy me a Momo. We reserve the right to exclusive over the defense of a claim secured by this clause.
Buy me a Momo reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and any other User of the Services.

If we make changes that adversely affect your rights, then we will let you know before the changes come into effect.
